Easy to order, quick delivery, blinds look great. Will definitely use Web Blinds again.

I have used web-blinds a few times previously and ordered a total of 12 Roman blinds with no problem and believing they were made in the UK.
I placed an order a month ago for 1 Roman blind thinking I would get the blind quite quickly as previous orders had been received as quickly as 5 days.
I called a week ago enquiring when I might get my blind to be told there was a delay on the fabric I had chosen, hence the longer than usual delivery.
Today I noticed from an email I received a few days ago that the blind had been manufactured and was going through quality control, was dispatched on 5 May and now estimated dispatch on 17th May. Thought this was odd!
I’ve telephoned to be told today that my blind has been manufactured overseas. Im not happy about this as I believed when placing the order these were British made blinds.
I’ve no idea where in the world this blind is being made or when I am likely to receive it.

Delivered exactly what we ordered on time on the date advised yes a very top quality blind very easy to follow instructions to hang so yes very pleased We would definitely order blinds from Web Blinds again

I always get my blinds at Web Blinds. The quality of their products is always excellent. This time, I have bought my first Roman blind for my bedroom. It lets the light in but gives me privacy, exactly what I wanted. Again, the fit, quality and easy online ordering is excellent.

Not brilliantly packaged, slight indents to some of the blinds.
Dont know why Web Blinds has stopped providing screws to hold the frames together - the push fit joints sort of work but the old screwed joints were more solid.
None of the blinds will stay fully shut - they droop at the top.
Having said the above, they do look OK.

Very happy with the appearance & quality of the roman blind I purchased and the no-drill installation method - Feels very secure!
Only slight issue was the 2 brackets that the blind clicks into were slightly over bent & wouldn't allow it in, however once I eased them back with pliers, the mechanism worked a treat.
Highly recommend!!
